How We Fit 1,800 SUV / LT Tires in a 40ft HQ
Container yield is everything in this business. Our loading crews have refined a four-step process over thousands of shipments to maximise units per container without compromising tire condition on arrival.
1. Professional bundling
SUV and LT tires bundled in groups of 3-4 with steel strapping to protect sidewalls and tread during ocean transit.
2. Triple-stack loading
Bundles are triple-stacked and laced through the 76 m³ of a 40ft HQ – pushing yield up to 1,800 SUV / LT tires per container.
3. Full loading photos
Each container is photographed before sealing. Photos sent the same day the Bill of Lading is issued.
4. Sealed and dispatched
Sealed with a numbered bolt seal and dispatched from Piraeus or Rotterdam to your discharge port.
