Sustainability

Every tire we export is a tire kept out of landfill

For three decades, our business model has been built on the simplest sustainable principle there is: extend the life of a product that still has years of safe service left.

Circular Economy

We reuse casings with 60-90% tread life remaining, keeping millions of tires productive instead of shredded or landfilled.

Lower Carbon Footprint

Extending a tyre’s working life cuts lifecycle CO₂ by up to 70% versus manufacturing a new one.

Global Access

Affordable, safe, road-legal tires for markets where new tire prices are out of reach for most drivers.

How we operate

Sustainability isn’t a marketing line for us – it’s how the business has always worked. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Responsible sourcing

Only certified European collection partners. No undocumented or grey-market casings.

Zero-waste facility

Tires that fail QC are sent to licensed retread or material-recovery partners – never to landfill.

Efficient shipping

Maximum-density container loading reduces voyages and emissions per tire exported.

Aligned with the UN SDGs

Our operations directly support several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – particularly those focused on responsible consumption, climate action and economic opportunity in emerging markets.

  • SDG 8 – Decent work and economic growth in our partner markets
  • SDG 9 – Industry, innovation and infrastructure through efficient logistics
  • SDG 12 – Responsible consumption and production via tire reuse
  • SDG 13 – Climate action through reduced manufacturing demand

Our commitment

By 2030, we aim to have given a second life to over 5 million tires – saving an estimated 150,000 tonnes of CO₂ versus equivalent new tire production.

We publish progress in our annual partner letter every January.
