Return Policy
Understanding Our Return Policy
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
- International shipping costs make returns economically unfeasible
- Customs and import regulations vary by country
- Used tires are sold “as graded” with documented specifications
- Pre-shipment inspection opportunity is provided to all buyers
What We Do Instead
- Rigorous quality grading before shipment
- Detailed tread depth reports for every container
- Loading photos and videos provided
- Fair claims process for legitimate quality issues

Document the Issue
Take clear photos and videos of the problem tires, including DOT codes and overall condition.

Submit Your Claim
Email us with documentation within 7 days of receiving goods. Include order number and detailed description.

Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days and respond with a resolution proposal.

Resolution
Valid claims are resolved through credits, replacement tires in future orders, or partial refunds.
Covered by Claims
- Significant discrepancy between documented and actual tread depth (>1mm average)
- Obvious structural damage not visible in loading photos
- Quantity shortage vs. packing list (verified by container seal)
- Tires not matching agreed specifications (sizes, brands)
- DOT age significantly different from agreement
Not Covered
- Normal wear variations within graded category
- Minor cosmetic differences between tires
- Damage occurring after delivery (handling, storage)
- Market conditions or resale difficulties
- Claims submitted after 7-day window
- Issues already visible in loading photos/videos
Preventing Issues: Best Practices
Request pre-shipment inspection (in person or via video call)
Review loading photos and videos carefully before accepting shipment
Verify container seal matches documentation
Inspect immediately upon container arrival
Document any damage before unloading
Start with a sample order to assess quality
