How We Fit 350 TBR Tires in a 40ft HQ
Container yield matters even more on heavy TBR loads. Our crews have refined a four-step process over thousands of shipments to maximise units per container without damaging beads or casings on arrival.
1. Position grading
Each casing is graded by axle position – steer, drive or trailer – and bundled accordingly so dealers know what they receive.
2. Optimised stacking
Heavy TBR casings are laced and stacked through the full 76 m³ of a 40ft HQ – up to 350 tires per container without bead damage.
3. Full loading photos
Every container is photographed before sealing. Photos sent the same day the Bill of Lading is issued.
4. Sealed and dispatched
Sealed with a numbered bolt seal and dispatched from Piraeus or Rotterdam to your discharge port.
